This one is for a medical congress in Quebec on the subject of psychiatry.
The idea is based on a meditation exercise that consists of imagining a bright blue sky pushing in front of dark clouds when negative thoughts arise.
The hand with the bright cloud represents a tool such as therapy or medication. It pushes the dark cloud aside, so to speak, and replaces it with a bright cloud, a blue sky.
